~ Operating in either or all – VIC, NSW, QLD (other areas considered)
~ Operate with a management structure in place
~ Employed workers – % contractors accepted.
~ Contracts in place 12mths + , stable customer base that may include, aged care, medical, private schools, niche markets.
~ Established more than 5 years.
